when doing so make sure you send the audio of all of your tracks as "sends only" in the I-O tab.
additionall, send some of your tracks to bus (return track) A and the others to bus (return track) B by clickng on the S tab
you should then be able to use 2 different eqs on different sets of all of your tracks.
you could also achieve this by grouping tracks together and then placing an eq on each of the grouped tracks
