if you are mastering yourself anf have enough CPU power for Mastering VST plugins, than CERTAINLY bounce after.
Else you would habe to bounce twice. Each bouncing has the danger to loose some quality.

At least be shure that you do not apply dithering twice, but only in the final bouncing of the master.

If you give it to some external mastering service, you certainly have to bounce before (or send the whole projects as som pros do...)
but apply no dithering, and leave som headroom. e.g. -4db, and only spare use of compression...

What Waves do you recommend? I'm looking at Gold, think that'll do? What about Ozone or T Racks? Thanks.
