Hey all,
Im 22 today ..

have these options, which one should I choose?
1) APC40
2) Xone 4D/3D (I heard the 3d is still a really good mixer)

What should i get ???

would like to hear what you have to say.
Pretty much, I use live for dj'ing but I sample from vynil lots also.
I used to actually dj with the classic two turntables and a mixer setup. I have 1500 records .
But I switched to DJing with live because I dont have to carry so much shit around when I do gigs.

Anyway, just want to hear what you have to say about what I should get

isn't there a pretty significant price difference between the two?

if you're saying that you've got the $$$ to drop on the Xone but you're also considering an APC - why not just get the APC and spend the rest on booze and hookers and blow?

FUck I mean ,.... look I have the money for the Xone but if I can do exactly what the Xone does with the APC then I'd rather save the money and invest in a moog Voyager ...

Anyway would be interested to hear more opinions

Actually, funny you mention fender strats. Before I learnt to DJ with vynil I played, and still play a lot of, blues guitar.

- Fender Stratocaster Custom shop Ash body and 50's neck, Fender vintage tunners, Linday Fralin 54 strat pick ups

ps i need a strat =]

Just bought a Squier Fat Strat and honestly, it's a good bang for the buck.
I think they compare much better to the original fenders than the "normal" squier strats.
On the other hand, I never owned a fender
