This has happened once before. But it was on a slower machine. Now I have a zippy machine and it's happening again. When I go to "Open Recent Set" Live (v7) freezes for about 45 seconds. I've deleted preferences (removing the list), and it still does this.
It just started doing it recently. It's a pretty fresh version of windows installed (about a month old)
system specs:
Intel i7 920 2.6ghz / 4 cores
6 gigs of ram (3 showing up in xp)
Windows XP
Virus TI for audio device (though it happens when any device is selected)
I think if I reinstall windows, it will solve the problem. But I'm not all that excited about that. I'm going to install win 7 though.
