Win XP + Live 8.0.2 = Immediate Crash on Startup.

PC: Quad Core 9400, 4Gb ram, ASUS PQ5 Pro MB.
Windows XP SP3

Live 7.0.16 runs stable.

Bought the Ableton Suite 8 Box upgrade. Did not open the box,
instead, downloaded Ableton 8.0.2 from the homepage.
Installed it.

Crashes on startup _everytime_ I try to start it.

Tried renaming my VST-plugin folder (based on some posts). It complained
that it couldn't find the folder, but then continued and crashed
in the same manner.

Has anybody had this kind of problem before?
