Fixed Grid 1/16 doesn't work. Midi clip.

I'm curious to know if this is a bug or a setting i don't get.

In arrangement i can't make a midi clip always have a 1/16 grid in the editor. Somehow i just can't make the setting stick. Here's what i do:


Go into Arrangement mode.
Select a four beats loop and insert a midi clip. ( The area from '1' to '2' )
Doubleclick that clip. Editor opens below.

The time signature is 1/64, which i don't want. Now i cant zoom out to make it 1/16 (which i'm almost certain is possible in Live 7), so i rightclick inside the clip editor and select a fixed grid of 1/16. Fine.

Next i delete the clip and make a new one, same length.
Doubleclick it and it's at 1/64 again?!

Why doesn't the Fixed Grid setting stick?

Hi Peez - annoys me as well. I can't find a setting to fix it either - bring back 1/16 as the default.
