Shift dragging set warp markers slips n slides all over8.0.3

After setting a warp marker shift can be used to move the audio without warping, but this difficult as scrolling happens too soon causing me to slide past my target.

Yes, this has been the case since 8.0.1. Shift dragging seems to have a mind of it's own like it's gliding on ice. Another fix I'd like to see.
Live 8.0.3, Mac Pro 8 Core, 8GB RAM, Mac OS X 10.5.7
