Triggering Samples with Touch OSC/ Behringer BCR2000 Buttons

Post by anatoxic » Wed May 27, 2009 7:47 pm

Hey!

I have a big problem: When I map my BCR2000 Buttons to samples and trigger them, everything is getting messed up: The sample repeats endless (yes, "Loop" is off), u can't stop Live anymore, you have to delete the Midi-Mapping to make the stop button work.

What's wrong? The same happens when I use TouchOSC..

Maybe your buttons on the BCR2000 are in a toggle mode? That is pressing the button turns it on, pressing the button again turns it off.

Check your BCR connection and USB mode. You could be creating a MIDI feedback loop, causing Live to choke on it and become unresponsive.
