Playing your live set in Ableton!

Hi!

First of all I want you, to excuse my bad knowledge of Enlglish)
I'm using Ableton for few month..and like it very much.
But some days ago I faced with one ploblem!
I don't know how to play live my set!
I'm working in session mode,and in each project I have about 10-12 channels with 1-4 loops in each channel!
I want to play my set as one track..and I don't know how to mix different projects.
The only thing that I know, is to put all loops in one project, so I want know, are there any other ways to play my live set..maybe using some stuff like Kaoss Pad..or using rewire some soft like max/MSP to catch the last sounds off one track and too loop them while opening the new projects))))
Any suggestions?

At the risk of sounding VERY sarcastic, PLEASE read your manual and then use the search function of the forum. There's more information on here than you can shake a very big stick at; you just have to search for it.
