writing to cd

Hi again,Thankyou for the help with previous posts im enjoying recording now.Id like to put my finished recordings to audio cd,do i need to make the recording a different format after ive saved it in live?

when you export to audio from Live, use dither and mixdown to 16-bit audio, either .wav on PC, or .aiff on mac. Then you can use a variety of tools like Nero, Toast, or even free open source software to burn audio CDs with those 16-bit .wav files. Go to google and search for "open source cd burning software" and take your pick.

itunes can play and burn .wav or .aiff files.
