problem with the "free upgrade"

hello

as a recent live buyer, I just went to the "upgrade section" of ableton.com, in search of the "free upgrade".

when I type my serail, I only can get the "buy upgrade" page (boxed or download). I tried to click on download, but after that there is no way of finding the famous "free upgrade"...

what is wrong, how am I supposed to proceed?

the question is probably what excatly means "recent" for you.
But you should better send an email to [email protected].

I could be mistaken, but my understanding was it was a free upgrade if you purchased after December 1st.
