Sounds like it to me too. Like very very early old school or warehouse techno which had a touch of trance and a hint of house (its the claps) From the days just before all vocalists became pinky and perky & got vocoded to silence and spun against a great hard gabba style kick drum. And happy hardcore was born
The tracks not hard enough for me in a warehouse sense and it needs more work on the synth tuning.
