Yep.Me again.sorry.
I'm having trouble with version 8. For some reason my strings keep dropping out. They are there when I save and close the file, but then when I reopen it, they appear to be there in the arrangement view and session view but do not play at all. There is no green bar indicating sound at all, even though I know I have just recorded them. Very frustrating.
Its happenend on 3 separate projects now. Any ideas?

Take your file go to file and collect and save,
then go to view
manage files
save a live pack
then go to zshare and export the file and paste the link on here
that way people can take a look and help.
Seems your not recording correctly.
What is your signal flow....
like track 1 o/p to track 2 i/p etc where are your files.
