Problems opening a recent set.

I was mid production last week when all of a sudden Live crashed and then shut down. I tried re-opening it and re-loading the set but keep coming up with the same message that Live has stopped working. I let it sit and nothing happens so I close it down. I have been able to open the set a couple times but then once I trigger it to play it either plays with no sound or does the same thing and says that Live has stopped working. I have been able to open other sets and have the play fine but have still had a couple issues with them too. I uninstalled and re-installed ASIO4all and that helped but I am not sure what the deal with the set I want to open is.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi D-FRESH,

please try to disable your VST plug-in folder in Live´s file/folder preferences.
Load your set, does the problem still persist? If not, there´s a conflict with one or more plug-ins you use in the set.

The problem still persists. It is quite odd. The set occasionally opens without crashing the program but when I go to launch the set I get no sound or super choppy sound. It almost sounds like the speakers are blown but they are not. The program has slowly been getting slower and more perculiar lately. Everytime I open a set the sound is poor and then I open the preferences menu click on "hardware setup" and then close it and the sound has been fine, until now. Since the crash last week nothin works well. Is it possible to re-install Live? Would this be of any benefit?

Please help. I wanna make music again!
