Live 8 Analog improvements

Love Analog but it could use some improvements aswell:

- Midi parameter control

OSC section
- Noise Envelope.
- Pink and Brown noise option
- Ring Modulation

Filter section
- Self-oscillating filter

Modulation/LFO
- More destination paths then just one coresponding OSC and Filter.
- 1 Free Envelope with multiple destination paths (maybe that noise ENV).
- LFO rates should go faster than 17Hz un-synced or 1/32t.
- Saw (up & down) wave modulation.

And please, tame those hungry CPU crunching algorithms.

Analog would be improved by a few more wave shapes, I mean .. even a triangle would be nice!
I still think it needs an interface overhaul to make it more friendly to program. I can never find the parameter I need, even basic ones like the Envelope to filter cutoff control, mainly because it's usually a tiny cryptically abbreviated text box that's nowhere near the parameter it controls.

i reach for analog first for some reason, i must like it. would love to see it grow!
