transferring mp3 files?

How do I transfer an mp3 file from itunes to ableton. I want to transfer acapella tracks to ableton so i can play my beats over them.

The easiest thing on earth (just after breathing) and one would always try that before posting here, wouldn't one?

I got it. How do you change the bpm of the the mp3 file?

RTFM and do some tutorials/watch some how-to videos about warping.
Once you've got a song warped, just change the global BPM (upper left corner)
