rendering while in view session

hello...

I've noticed a problem in Live 4.04...at least in my configuration.
I get nothing when I try to render in session view.
The configuration is straight forward and easy to follow.
I've done all the obvious checks, meaning, signal coming out of the master, bar length specification etc...
Although there is no signal rendered when I do it from the session view!
Did anyone came across this problem?
If not then is has to be something with my settings.

I would appreciate any insights.

you can only render material you recorded into arrangement view. If you have something arranged in session view, just hit the record button on top and record it. After that select all the recorded material in arrangement view and voila, render it.

There are workarounds for recording in session view, too, you can do resampling on a channel and edit and seve the clip you recorded in an external audio editor.

you can definately render in session view, you just have to make sure you set you time right

That is actually not clear in the manual.
I'm aware of the resampling workarounds and that was the way I was doing it so far.
