Are prices cheaper overseas than the US for music gear?

How would this work if I ordered this via my visa debit card? I'm in the US.... Would you be charged extra by your bank for making a purchase from an overseas company.So how much would I pay for it total? Thanks....

i just bought SubBoomBass last week from Guitar Center. They gave me 10% percent off the normal price. which still beats most online prices even with sales tax. GC matches any websites price. not really sure if your bank would charge you extra. i think some do. you would definitely want to check with your bank on that.
