dividing frequencies

Post by master swing » Mon Jun 22, 2009 11:25 am

what are the right settings? I remember Robert Henke posting a rack for that...

I´d like to do a rack for that too, but I don´t know which Q the eq should be set to.

What does 'dividing frequencies' mean? A crossover?

hm maybe its spelled devide frequencies? I just want to apply different effects on different frequencies, thats it. So I want to build a rack with 2 or 3 frequency bands, where I can adjust the frequency range via macro.

Just using EQ's won't get you a perfect split....gotta get mathematical on that ass!

look up what Q means. it depends on two things, one you want to adjust and set, the other you don't want at all.
