Beat slicing question..

I crop an mp3 down to a 2 bar sample. I warp and loop it to the tempo of my choosing. It has slowed down. I add my warp markers, and select 'slice to new midi track'. When I start triggering the slices, they are at the original tempo.

Why is this?

Why is this?

simpler/sampler dont do timstretching
or you may have some warp markers off
and/or youve used the wrong slicing-preset

you could consolidate and then slice(maybe after correcting the markers)
then the timestretching is ëmbedded into your slices(should surely work then if th loop worked well as an audio clip)
