My name is Bee Teee!!!!
Sylenth is amazing, it really kicks all the other's ass, waaaay more high frequencies, even for deep bass synths it's nice to have a very short burst of high end at the start. All the other softsynths sound muffled... I don't know what it is but he did his oscillators in a proprietary way it's the only softsynth that really has that "bite"
It's ugly as fuck but the next update will be skinnable, maybe even to the point where you can change the layout, in which case I promise I will do a nice minimal skin for it.

Its kinda funny that I refused to even demo sylenth for years because it is so fuck ugly, and now its one of the first synths I go to because it is so awesome.

how many INSTANCES of SYLENTH1 can be opened in LIVE?
meaning, say i have 8 midi tracks, can i load SYLENTH on each 8 midi tracks with no issues?
if the answer is 'as many as you want'....then i'm minutes away from purchasing SYLENTH1 !

Depends how many voices you want to use on each instance. On my core2duo each sylenth instance typically runs around 5-8% cpu. Its definately one of the most CPU light instruments I have, combined with its great sound makes it indispensable in my arsenal
