operator instrument not available?

hi ,ive just installed a brand new copy of live 7.i entered the serial number and installed all parts of the essential instrument collection..all went well...for some reason i cant use any operator clips..says the operator instrument is not available? and the product operator is requiered to go beyond this limitation......are all operator intruments for trial only?cause theres a hell of lot of them.....

all samples/instruments in drumrack have the operator error message.

Umm, I'm having the same trouble.I believe I've authorized this product about 3 times now yet it still says "Software Instruments: None" under Authorization in the Preference section. I'm using LIVE 8 downloaded.

https://www.ableton.com/account/licenses
?

Operator is an add-on product that come with the Suite or as a separate purchase.
If you bought the non Suite Live, Operator is not available, only in demo mode.
