Did MJ own an APC40? Maybe it'll be on eBay by the weekend!

Re: RIP: Michael Jackson ?!?
You don't understand simple logic, and I'm ignorant? Your joke is framed to say that boys don't want to be pinned to the wall by Farrah, don't you understand that? I mean sure, I understood what you were getting at, but that is like the worst arrangement of a joke ever.Machinesworking wrote:My guess is you had no idea that Farrah was a sex symbol with posters in every pubescent boys room in the 70's, that's not the fault of the joke, just makes you really young, or ignorant or both.porfiry wrote:My point exactly.Machinesworking wrote:Jokes aren't funny if you have to explain them.
You're right, I'm youthful as hell at nearly 40. Good eye, dude.

If you were an insanely successful musician who stood to lose absolutely everything by being labeled a molester, wouldn't you fight that to a better end? Man if I was MJ, I'd at least have the common sense to know that once people found out that I was paying off the child's families that their impression of me would change almost as much as if I was found guilty.
Jacko apologists... lol.
As for his death, I would've preferred it happened in a worse way but hey, heart attacks will get the job done.
Naw dude, it works the other way. Why would any parent say; Ok, i'll take the money for molesting my son, instead of justice and the money. Huh?
And that McCauley kid later sued his parents cuz they stole millions from him.
Michael paid to have it stop. Consider this, what did happen with indictments was crazy. One of his own employees said mJ gave oral sex to a boy in the driveway out in the open in broad daylight. But the press hung forever on MJ giving a sip of wine to a kid. Geez, they took pictures of his dick. Yeah, lets show those to the kids during the trial to id mike. He fucked up by allowing himself to be extorted and most likely began with his own disgruntled employees. Yeah, that never happens.
Of course each time it happened he was softer and an easier target. Then he went super recluse. MJ was never really protected well by anyone he could trust. Ever. He didn't even trust his own family.
I saw a lot of strange things with that dude and they all had to do with how stressed and paranoid he was. On a human level only, it was sad.
All that shit and his compulsive surgeries shortened his life dramatically.
apologists? You cats are gullible media sluts

Although I think he's been some kind of dead for a long time.

Re: RIP: Michael Jackson ?!?
He's probably better off dead. And I say that as a fan. Don't know if anyone saw Uri Geller's disgustingly self-serving interview with Sky/BBC last night, but one thing he mentioned was that it was probably the stress (or anticipation of the upcoming gigs) that got him - I'd say he hit the nail on the head there.
I hope his kids inherit his skillz and not his debt/magnetism for litigation/inappropriate behaviour with kids. I also hope the media don't make their lives hell.

Reporting last night was amateurish and disturbing. LA reporters seemed to think we were interested in their life as a reporter, scrambling to namedrop the stories they'd covered and the 'celebrities' they 'knew'. One seemed to be complaining about how much work she had to do covering two celebrity deaths in quick succession. Just give me the news, leech!Angstrom wrote:The BBC news are fucking this one right up on their 24 hour news broadcast.
one newsreader saying:"It's been a great entertainment news day so far today, with Farrah Fawcet dead, and now this"
WTF
Another one sounding very irked:" well, we supposed to be getting those exclusive concerts in London, we were the envy of the world"
shit, these people have no clue how to approximate human behaviour.
