The only thing I need the trackpad for is dragging the clips to one of my two DJ channels. To naviagating among the clips, the grid matrix and the shift buttons work fine. I prefer to run only two audio channels in my Xone, thus why I don't just trigger clips in 8 differetn tracks and avoid the mouse completely. I'm not one of those people feels the need to be completely mouselessfunky shit wrote:You could setup an endless rotary knob to scroll through clips on selected tracks so you dont have to keep going back to the mouse.
