YO! thanks a dozen to shai for making this possible... it was a great experience to jam with so many people at once of some you have never even seen before , at times some incredible music evolved, just by listening what was 'out there' and trying to contribute a part... amazing...
not much communication at all happened except jamming and 'talking with each other through music'

this was a great idea and is well worth repeating.

p.s. next ALUGB meeting coming also up soon...

EDIT: also a mega plus was that some non ableton heads showed up and contributed to the music mayhem... a guy with a korg sequencer, e-bass and mic... yeah!!!

I liked that jam session meeting. Lots of very interesting chilling, groovy and some rather experimental music in the air.

Unfortunately my BCR2000 was really flaky that evening. Also my laptop headphone signal was very weak so I couldn't hear myself well while playing.
I'm looking forward to the next Laptop Jam Session and of course to the next ALUGB meeting.

the location has a little 'stage' with a soundsystem and a mixer, so bring your lappies and soundcards, cables and whatever else you need to supply a little of your precious musical work...

(and as usual powerstrips will be supplied at the tables, so you don't have to worry about running out of battery power while digging into Live)
