Very unstable sound in audio loop

Tested in 4.0.4 and 4.1.
A audio clip from a movie, just some noise with some transients.
When transposing the clip down (example is -24) some parts of the clip disappear when looped, but without order - sometimes the parts of the sound come back.
Annoying.
