Key Shortcuts

Im new to ableton and running it on a mac, i somehow lost the top bar that says live, file, edit etc, and i need to adjust preferences but cant do to the bar missing does anyone know the shortcut to get the preferences menu to pop up

2 options...
1. turn off expose in you mac system preferences... then when in live hit F11( this will get you out of full screen mode ) notice that this also the key command to trigger expose.

2. click on the small diagonal arrow in the lower right corner of Lives window, this also will get you out of full screen mode

also F11 does the job to switch full screen on/off.
