WALDORF D-POLE VST- NOT WORKING IN LIVE 8.0.4

Hi,
I am on PC with Windows XP.
I installed Waldorf D-Pole VST Plugin (last update), and 90% of the time when I launch it, it makes Live 8.0.4 crash.
It happened to work a few times properly, but when I try to open the Live sets containing instances of the plug-in it also make Live crash.
The only way I can use it in Live is putting Plogue Bidule as a vst effect in a track and inserting the D-Pole in it, but it is not so practicle for automations, etc...

Any idea about the support of this plug-in in Live 8 ?
(Other Waldorf plugs, Attack and PPG Wave 2 seems to work properly)

PPG Wave 2 and D-Pole are stll not working in LIve (8.1.1 now)and I still didn't got an answer
very annoying !
