Clearer install instructions here:

(you need a midi loopback device installed such as midi yoke or iac)

I did exactly what you described in the Wiki, but still no Midi signal in Live?!

Sorry i forgot to tell you which ports to use on TouchOSC, doh! It should be:
outgoing: 5000
incoming: 5001
