How to uninstall analog, tension, etc...

Hi, I don't own the suite and I'll never want to. All the instruments seem to use HD space. How do I uninstall them ? And why are there two installers (one for the suite and one without) ?

Hi chapelier fou,

you can uninstall the presets/livepacks coming with the instruments you mentioned: open preferences/library, select the listed Livepack you want to uninstall and click "uninstall".

unfortunately you have to do that again after every update. hopefully the installer will be altered soon to just install packs for authorized instruments...

Hello, I've got just the OPPOSITE problem

Since installing Live 8 Suite (upgraded from Live 7 suite), it seems have my Tension presets have disappeared, e.g. the all the Strings except for the 'String bass' category. Also the piano. How do I get these back?

I did "repair library" but still the only categories I have under Tension's instruments are; Ambient and Evolving, Guitars and Plucked, Mallets and Keys, Special-FX, String Bass, and Synth. Since teh upgrade from version 7 to 8, I've got no more Cellos and other Strings?! Presets I relied on quite a bit.
