APC40 Clip Matrix Bug

hey there.
sometimes when using my apc40, as i bank through my session's tracks, the clip launch matrix will get out of line with the track selection buttons. for example, as i bank right to tracks 9-16, sometimes the clip matrix will still show the clips for 1-8, although the track selection, activation, solo, and record arm buttons all scroll as they should.
is anyone else seeing this problem? i'm running live 8.0.4 on a macbook with the latest os update.

edit: i just found that it is related to group tracks. when i have a group folded, it makes the out of sync thing happen. it's like the bank switching thinks they are there, but the lights don't. very odd. is there a fix planned for this, or should i perform with my groups expanded for now?
