Multiple Output Instruments (AU / VST)

Post by lowbias » Thu Jul 09, 2009 8:06 pm

I'm working with uTonic...it offers two assignable stereo outputs or a version that sends each of the eight sounds to a different output. How do I work with these outputs in Live? Changing to a different output in the track seems to have no effect.

I'm using the two output version of the plug but I can't get any sound form anything assigned to output B...what am I missing?

So what I did was to create an audio track and it had output B available as it's source. Does that sound like the way to handle it? It seems to work as intended. Only the one sound I sent to output B is coming through that audio track.

I don't want t create two instances because then I would have to program them separately.
