Live doesnt retain monitoring routing setting w/ emagic emi2

Live doesnt retain monitoring routing setting w/ emagic emi2/6

When Im using live, I route my monitoring to the bus channels 5&6 on the emagic emi 2\6. When I close live and open it again, it routes my monitoring back through the master. Is this a bug?

im guessing it is because i use both the emi 2/6 and an 828 and i have the same problems.
