folow action . transiant bug?

real problem this wonderful option.
when the new sequence start, the first transiant of the first beat is missing.
i have this problem with m-audio firewire410 and with the motu MK2.

When you loop a 1 bar clip on a separate track, and they play toghether, does the follow actioned clip come slighly out of sync or is just something missing?
