The rythm is very nice. At first, the arythmic charakter (tremolo pad and drum loop) disapointed me a little bit, but it gets better with every listen. I like it...

The first couple of bars remind me of 'Last Christmas'
That aside, you do indeed make good elevator music and I like the direction you are going with this one.
