problem with EIC Grand Pianos & Bass Trombone

Hi

Having installed some of the EIC 2 instruments, I found out that Grand Pianos (also lite & ultra lite) and Bass Trombone Solo Legato do not sound at all (or in a weird way for the trombone).
Does anybody know what could go wrong ?

Any help greatly appreciated.

have you waited for the samples to load completely? depending on your computer it can take quite a while to load the grand piano. in the meantime you might hear only a handful of the samples - random notes and/or velocities, with blank keys in between...

What version of Ableton are you using? I had this problem with 8.03, and it was fixed with 8.04.
Others have had the same problem.

Yes i have 8.03, so I will install 8.04 as soon as possible.
