Recording problems in LIVE 2 Demo
I'm running the LIVE demo on a flat panel iMac G4 700 with 640 MB Ram. Every time I try to record a vocal, it distorts in exactly the same places on the track. I'm using an iMic for input, and no other programs have given me this problem. It's most peculiar. I'm not clipping the input. It happens even if I just whisper. I'm wondering -- is this something to do with the demo? It is definitely making me hesitate buying the program...which, otherwise, I'm quite impressed with...

Firstly it's not related to demo or not demo. It sounds more related to buffersize / latencies settings of the iMic.
You have not said on which OS you work.
On OS X you can try to increase the buffersize in the audio preferences.
On OS 9 it's normally fixed to 512 samples if you're using the SoundManager or do you use an third party ASIO driver?
