apc40 Device Control section - any way to disable or unlink

Hi. Using the APC40 for DJ purposes... is there any way to disable or unlink the entire "Device Control" section so those knobs are NOT Track specific? I want to be able to control effects on a channel regardless of which track I have actively selected with a Track Selection button.

Right click the title bar of a rack or effect. Choose 'lock to apc40' from the context menu :)
