can't adjust the frequency and res at the same time without mapping a midi ctrlr...

Seriously now, chorus or even better Flanger!
Frequency shifter is great and cool moods if wisely used_ Autofilter next.

I'm not going into third party plugins because there would be too many in the list :P

For me, filters are the most handy, delay is the most useful for creating interesting sounds, and reverb is the most important/hardest to master. The flat-out coolest plugin I have, though, is Glitch.

I love throwing my sounds thru multiple Guitar Amps. Filters I also use extensively. And delays, I love delays and multiple delays being delayed delayed... Or soemthing like that...
If you can imagine it, it can happen...
