Frequency shifter is great and cool moods if wisely used_
Autofilter next.
I'm not going into third party plugins because there would be too many in the list

For me, filters are the most handy, delay is the most useful for creating interesting sounds, and reverb is the most important/hardest to master. The flat-out coolest plugin I have, though, is Glitch.

I love throwing my sounds thru multiple Guitar Amps. Filters I also use extensively. And delays, I love delays and multiple delays being delayed delayed... Or soemthing like that...
If you can imagine it, it can happen...
