even though I'm against abortion the solution could never be trumping someones rights to what happens to themself, so you say what about the rights of the child, the fact is that we really don't know the truth about inception but we do know that the rights of an adult female have developed past that.

I don't think that "bleeding heart liberal" is used pejoratively so much as scornfully. A bleeding heart liberal is one who is misguided, but has good intentions. He advocates the wrong things for the right reasons.
