how do you compare the lead 3 to the lead 2?

I'm afraid I can't really compare the NL2 and 3, as I don't have both. All I can say is I like the 3 a lot. Besides the VA stuff, it has some great sounding FM features that are very easy to use, and the interface is brilliant.
