Moving wav flies from Live to Nuendo

Hi,
I remember seeing somewhere but I'm not sure where that there is a way to export my wav files from Live into nuenndo.
I think this is possible and it seemed pretty simple.
Any suggestions

Not really sure what you mean (apart from the obvious) but of course all you need to do is bounce your stems/mix and import them into Nuendo, the way you would any other file. Perhaps you are talking about rewiring Live into Nuendo, and recording your Live tracks straight in?

How would I do what you call bounce stems? I have 8 tracks of audio I captured in arrangement view that I want to bring into nuendo. How do I bring all of the little pieces into nuendo perfectly lined up like they are in my arrangement view?

Method 1 (in case you want to export the VST stuff in Ableton)
Ableton:
Just click on solo (arrangement windo) for the track you want to export out of Ableton and import into Nuendo .
Define the region by using the locators if you want to
Be sure to use the same starting position for all the tracks to export, or note the bar/time..
Now press ctrl+r (or menu-file-export audio) and render each track with the solo pressed sepperately
close Live open Nuendo:
Open the audiopool (ctrl+f)
Choose 'file'- import audio
locate the files
done!

Method 2 (just native plugs from Live supported):
Open nuendo
activate rewire for 8 tracks
open Live
assign the output of the channels from Live to the Nuendo Ch.
Nuendo: arm the 8 rewire tracks and hit play+record
