Dummy question about recording in arr/sess and lost playback

Working for a month now with LIVE 8 and going for it. Stumbling over this inconvenience:
Want to record my sopranosax together with some sessionclips, live controlled by midi-footswitch. Recording is OK.
Playing back the sax-recording stops everytime there is a clipchange and I have to hit the back-to-arrangement-button to hear it again. Is there a way to solve this problem? I can't find an interesting remark on this in the manual, only that the combination session/arrangement could be confusing.

Sorry. I mailed this question to soon. Problem solved. I had some automation-clips running and of cause they also were recorded and did playback. That messed the whole thing up. Muting of their midi-sends was the solution.
