what can you do, money is what get's music heard by the mainstream and the buying demograpic of rapmusic prefers the low quality stuff, it's no different than tv really, nobody wants to see the cosby show anymore they'd rather see some body fighting over a piece of chicken and getting a heart attack.

people would rather see someone get punched in the face then deliver intelligent insults at a rap battle

seriously though what the fuck....that shit pisses me off. you are RAP battling, not "fag" battling

and by "fag" battling i mean

Rapper 1-Youre so gay youre gay
(crowd goes OHHHHHhH SHITTT)
Rapper 2-youre such a faggot youre a faggot
(crowd goes OHHHH SHIITTT)

Rapper 1 punches rapper 2, somehow he is better at rapping now.

rap battling has been less than music for forever i don't even pay attention to it anymore, not when I'm in the mood for music

Goddamn I love me some early-mid 90s hip hop. Shit's so cash...
Mos Def / Talib / Blackstar, Blackalicious, Tribe, Pete Rock, Heiroglyphics, The Grouch, Old Wu, Common, etc etc. sigh.
It is mostly bullshit now. Anyone got any more good recommendations for me?
