bringin automation done in arrangement view into session.

I was wondering, if I have a song completely composed in arrangment view,but I now want to perform this song with session view, is there someway I can bring clips of the song from arrangement view into session view without loosing the automation? help is greatly apreciated.

you'll have to copy the automation envelopes over manually
then set the automated parameters knobs to full so the automation works the same as it did arrangement
