Apps to slowdown audio like Paul stretch 4 mac/pc-vst ?
seen some posted before which are the best for both platforms vst and standalone?

hello and thankyou. I'm talking about the applications that people use to slow down audio files to incredibly slow tempos sometimes used to turn audiofiles into drones. The ones that I've seen mentioned here on the forum were open sourced but I cannot remember their names. I believe there are applications for the mac and the pc platform that work standalone and I think there are some that are vst as well. I would like to try as many of them as possible.

as far as vsts go, any timestretching plug will work.
for PC, I use dblue stretch. by far one of my most useful plugins

for me, turntablist VST does the trick.

I don't know Paul's Stretch as I'm on a Mac.
Assuming it's something granular, I'd look at RiverRun, TimeFreezer, Audio Mulch or MetaSynth.
