Wrong Default Filename when Rendering

in Live 4.1 (not sure about previous versions) when I bring up the RENDER box, then click OK, I get a window where I can select the filename and location for my newly rendered file. Well, sometimes (not always) Live will show the name of the last file I rendered (from the last Live set I was working on). I can't pinpoint when it does and doesn't happen, but sometimes it will correctly show the Live set's file name with "Rendered" tacked on the end....and sometimes it will be the filename from the last Live Set Render....weird and inconvenient!
