I want to pitch down the audio-track (spoken words), use some reverb and mastering and re-import the track to the QT movie again.
Now the audio should be in synch with the video but with the effects.
I tried and still have problems.
How do I set a warp marker to be able to pitch down but keep the length of the audio? Somehow I pitched down but altered the length so it is not in time with the original audio.
thanks.

not sure what you tried the first time, but this should work...
bring the audio into the arrangement view of Live, turn off Warping and turn it back on for that clip. This should reset the Warp markers (or just hit "reset"). Now, without changing tempo, adjust Warp mode (beats, tones, texture), transpose the audio how you want, and add whatever effects.. Select the clip so that the clip, and only the clip, is highlighted. Now Render.
There you have it.
