No Challenge-Code with Spectrasonics-Products?

I experience a strange Problem in trying to authorize Spectrasonics-Plugins (Omnisphere and Stylus RMX) in Live 8 on Windows 7. When starting one of that plugins for the first time, you have to go through a challenge/response-Authorization, but in Live the Field for the Challenge-Code is just empty (an automatic created one should appear there) ??? Works as it´s supposed to be in Cubase 5 and a small Freeware VST-Host that i tried out - but not in Live? Any help on that would be appreciated.

Did you ever get a reply from spectrasonics about this that made sense? Is there a workaround? I really don't want to have to load another DAW on my laptop.

I loaded an old version of Tracktion onto my new PC, authorized Omnisphere with it, and now its working fine in Live 8
