don't worry about it man.

never take an insult from someone with 1 post count seriously. lately someone's been signing up new forum nicks just to insult people. it's probably the twat that started this thread, he's been banned a few times already. he's only trying to piss you off.

happy Monday. ;)

Hot Chip and Jazzy Jeff, that's cool to see such acts using Ableton, especially Hot Chip.

I'd like to name one professional.

Ok, I have one in mind and I'd like to call him Kevin

No scratch that... I'd like to call "her" Jessica Biel

[quote="cperezzz"]can anyone here tell me what professional artist, producer (i'm talking A-LIST caliber professional) uses LIVE as their main DAW,let me repeat..."main DAW"... so i can listen to what they've recorded and give me some hope that LIVE is worth investing in?
and if i get no response, i'm assuming the answer will be nobody has used it.

First off... Are you trying to insult people and just generally act like a cock?

To be perfectly honest most DAW's are very similar, it's how they are used that defines the music made. If you want to sound "A-list" you'll need talent for a start and a change of attitude wouldn't go a fucking miss.

As for "A list" some of, if not most of the biggest live electronic music artists use ableton, the likes of Soulwax, Prodigy, Daft Punk, Surkin, Diplo and Krazy Baldhead, who is actually on this forum and in the artists section on this website, go look at his video.

And seeing as you're deciding if Live is worth investing in... Why didn't you fucking pirate it or get the demo or something that everyone else does? Then buy if you're happy with it.

You sir are an ass. I'm actually mad at myself for taking this amount of time to vent my anger. You prick.

You know what?

Scrap that. Fuck off. Go shove your autotune up your "A-list" ass.

i use ableton live 8 as main daw, and ive had several releases that have been acclaimed in idj , dmc, dj mag, placed in cool cuts and buzz charts ...

i do use reason and komplete rewired into it. mastering is done in hardware gear by our engineer

i know satoshi tomie swears by it, deepchild uses it as his main kit with reason. theres a few more i know but minds gone blank...
